Integrity Software, providers of the market leading software solutions to the Construction, Hair & Beauty and Specialist Retail industries have announced today that Linetex ATM have been awarded the contract to provide equipment support and project implementation for all of their customers across the UK and Ireland.

Integrity Software has worked with Linetex ATM for a number of years supporting their Construction and Specialist Retail sector customers, and based on both this experience and the significant additional capabilities that Linetex ATM offer it is expected that the total customer service offering will become the benchmark of best in the market.
 
Since 1984, Linetex ATM (formerly Linetex Computers Ltd) has provided computer support services to companies throughout the UK and Ireland. Linetex specialise in providing high quality support to over 6,500 retail sites; these customers including:

With offices based in Old Woking Surrey and Belper (Derbyshire), Linetex ATM provides full UK and Ireland wide support. Linetex ATM also operates 9 stock depots strategically placed to enable swift access to spare parts. Linetex’s network of engineers provides a full IT support service including support calls and new system installations. Due to their number of engineers based around the country, Linetex are able to offer a ‘local’ service to customers which should enable Linetex to send the same engineer to each site in order to develop a long term relationship with the customer. Additionally, the services offered by Linetex ATM will allow Integrity to offer hardware support 6 days a week.
