Integrity cuts down accounting time for trade professionals

Evolution™ from Integrity Software is one of the few financial accounting software packages developed specifically for the construction industry.

Designed for trade professionals working as both a contractor and sub-contractor, Evolution™ reduces the time, complication and hassle associated with getting payments from customers, managing retentions and reporting via the CIS to the Inland Revenue.

For many contractors and sub contractors, financial reporting, applications and certificates are all dealt with using spreadsheets and traditional filing systems. Evolution™ eliminates this time-consuming paperwork, providing a far quicker way for trade professionals to keep on top of their monthly reporting and accounts.

The whole system is integrated, meaning that when one number is entered, all associated areas of the job will be updated too. For example, labour costs impact directly on the net profit, but also on payroll and CIS returns. Evolution™ ties all these processes together, leaving no room for costly mistakes to occur.

Taking into account the distinct nature of the construction industry, the basic Evolution™ package can be further tailored according to specific trades, with up to 18 additional modules. For small developers and larger house builders, there is a House Sales module, whereas professional electricians can include data from Luckins. For those dealing with RSLs, the Maintenance Package allows users to send a worksheet directly to an onsite engineer via a PDA.  This is also linked to an appointments system for contractors to report to customers on service level agreements.
