Integrity Construction announces sale of Connect business

In line with our intention to rigorously focus on the areas where we have strong positions in our target markets, Integrity Software wishes to announce that with effect from June 1^st 2008, Connect Construction Software Limited, a newly formed company staffed by the existing operations staff from the Connect™ division of Integrity Software, has acquired all of the undertakings associated with the supply of software and services for the Connect system user base.

We believe this is a positive development for both the company and our Connect customers – the long term needs of the Connect customer base will be well served by Connect Construction Software Limited.

From the Company’s perspective the sale of the Connect business provides us with the opportunity to further increase our investment in the development of market leading products and accelerate the achievement of our strategic goal of delivering market leading, reliable software, backed by excellent service and support, to our customer base.

For customers who have other Integrity Software applications installed, system support, services and billings will continue to be provided by Integrity Software, with whom their relationship will continue to reside. It is the intention of Integrity Software to ensure full continuity of support for the systems and services that our customers currently enjoy.
